I created the life organizing system after trying to squash my life into organizing systems that didn't fit and didn't help. It took eight years, many revisions, and four previous editions to create the current system. Along the way I added the 5-step organize in the moment process drawing on the cutting edge findings of neurocardiology and the ancient wisdom traditions of Sufi remembrance, Buddhist mindfulness, and Christian discernment.

I've spent 15 years working to help women find balance. It is one of my dearest hopes that this approach will honestly make a difference in your quest to create a life you love in the midst of this era of insane busyness and ever increasing complexity. What if you never wanted to read another magazine article on "10 tips to simplify your life" or another self-help book about balance? YES!

Traditional organizers emphasize linear thinking and compartmentalized days. But that doesn't always work: you hold many concerns in your awareness at the same time and your days are often interrupted. And what organizer draws on your emotions and intuition, which allow you to spot opportunities that aren't readily apparent—"thin slicing" in action. You are underserved by the typical, paint-by-numbers, off-the-shelf time-management/goal-planning systems. The Life Organizer holds you gently accountable while encouraging you to live by self-kindness and be nourished by your own style of self-care.

"The Organizer on Sunday evenings. It is a good time to sit down and reflect on my week and design goals for the coming week. I found that your questions seemed to intuitively hit the mark for me on many occasions! It starts me thinking about ME and what I want. Thanks for all the insights that your organizer has given me!" -- Judy G., FlyingChangeCoaching.com

"After decades of being a thinker, I'm enjoying the discovery that once we have a plan, feeling can move us to conscious action swiftly and effectively. " —C. A. Crossman
